Clam has carried out various tasks for Brazauro, such as support in licensing processes, with the development of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), studies for the feasibility of different permits, monitoring of physical and biotic environments, and preparation of reports, among others. All tasks were performed with quality and a clear understanding of the subject matter by the teams, with punctuality in fulfilling contracts being an important aspect to consider. The recommendation of Clam is based primarily on the professionalism of the company and diligence in resolving demands.

Evolua is a company that operates in the Distributed Generation segment, mainly through the use of photovoltaic power plants. In this segment, the environmental licensing process is of paramount importance for the construction, energization, and maintenance of the operation of power plants. Evolua has relied on Clam's services in this area, which has greatly contributed to solving problems and obtaining the necessary licenses within a timeframe that allows us to build the plants according to the planned schedule. Communication flows very well, and the professionals involved in the various solutions are always of high caliber.

Clam has a very robust HSE team at its headquarters, and the mobilization part is fantastic. They are very knowledgeable about Vale's processes, and we have no difficulty with the mobilization process, which was a bottleneck in the past. Overall, the balance is very positive, I see Clam as a partner company that spares no effort to meet all the HSE requirements that are requested.

I would like to thank and congratulate the Clam safety management team, during the IDF evaluation, no non-compliance was identified. We need to continue to be vigilant in order to further improve our process.
