Context

Evaluation of the influence of dredging on schools of fish and the evaluation of impacts on the drift of eggs and larvae (ichthyoplankton) in the Paraopeba River, in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Methodology

Os serviços consistem no desenvolvimento de programas ambientais para o recolhimento de carcaças, monitoramento de dragagens e cardumes, despescas, monitoramento de parâmetros de qualidade da água, monitoramento de ictioplâncton além da necropsia para avaliação de causamortis da ictiofauna. Para tais serviços foram mobilizados no pico dos trabalhos uma equipe  robusta, além de todos os recursos necessários tais como embarcações, veículos, motores envolvendo também toda a certificação necessária do pessoal.

Results

The services developed provided assistance in restoring and mitigating the environmental impacts generated by the entrainment of sediments on the Paraopeba River, Brumadinho region in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
