Land Regularization
Through its expertise, Clam is able to transform the complexity of Rural and Urban Property Regularization into a simplified and efficient process. Article 216 of the Federal Constitution defines Brazilian Cultural Heritage as "material and immaterial treasures that, individually or collectively, express the identity, action, and memory of the various groups that make up Brazilian society." Archaeological Heritage, which comprises material cultural heritage, ranges from traces of ancient civilizations to sites that narrate the history of the formation of national identity, including archaeological sites and precious collections, protected at the federal level.
