The loggeReader (acronym for "Logger Data Reader") was designed to optimize the construction of the water level database in river gauge stations operated by CLAM.
The database is populated with records of absolute and atmospheric pressure acquired from sensors, as well as direct readings on the limnimeter rulers, at the monitored river section.
Thus, the loggeReader tool was conceived to work with mining of records in text format using the R programming language with a web interface through the shiny library shiny library and build a historical database.
This tool was registered with the INPI under case number: BR512022003541-3.
